Ankit (ahn-kit) Patel is a Senior Consultant with The Lean Way Consulting. Ankit's Personal vision is to help people, organizations, and communities flourish. Prior to The Lean Way Consulting Ankit was a Lean consultant for Dell Inc. overseeing Dell's Manufacturing and Re-Manufacturing production processes in Lebanon, TN. Ankit helped guide the multi- billion dollar plant in strategic planning, coaching executives at the plant, facilitating Kaizen events, and training Lean leaders at all levels of the organization. Ankit has also done work at the Cleveland Clinic in several departments including the internationally ranked Heart and Vascular Department improving the culture and processes.
Ankit's primary focus is on companies between 1 and 100 million in revenue size helping them with all sorts of business needs like strategy, process improvement, and high performing work teams.
Ankit applies his unique knowledge of positive organizational development, process improvement, and strategy to get organizations results that sustain.
Ankit is currently working on his Masters in Positive Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University and has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and lives in the Atlanta, GA. area. To contact Ankit please visit the
